No deposit is usually required, payment can be made during your appointment by cash or bank transfer payment options.

upon trusting the client to attend their appointment, if cancellation is required this will need to be done as soon as you know you can no longer attend out of courtesy, then re-scheduling can be arranged.

Childrens piercings under the age of 16 must have a consenting parent or guardian present, and under the age of 18 will reguire photo Identification.

The best way to contact me for appointment is through whatsapp, text or fb messenger.

I uphold the right to offer you no further appointments if no contact is made and your appointment is missed, or a client misses several appointments.

Messages may not be answered over bank holidays or during my Nursing shifts, or on a sunday.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as it may delay my other appointments, if you are running late please try to message me, 5-10 minutes is usually no problem.

If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact me directly i will do my upmost to work towards a resolution.

All personal information is 100% confidential, and any images are used with prior verbal and written consent.

I reserve the right to refuse an appointment, or refuse carrying out a piercing if i suspect anyone is under the influence of drugs or alcahol.
